This explains how Daheyo Works LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“we”), handles information collected through daheyo.com, the Fit Check and the call request form. Questions go to hello@daheyo.com.
What we collect
- Your Fit Check questionnaire answers: your role, type of business, how clear the problem is, whether you can describe a recent example, what you hope to improve, and, where it applies, the kinds of work and friction you picked.
- Your email address, so we can send a confirmation code and your result.
- What you write in the AI interview: your description of the work, the numbers you enter (how often, how many times, how long, how many people, which tools), and your answers to follow-up questions.
- What the interview produces from that: the separate problems it identified and your Fit Check result.
- If you ask us to call you: your name, phone number, the times of day you said you can pick up, and — only if you fill them in — your business name, email address, type of business and whatever note you leave.
- Information recorded automatically: your approximate country (provided by Cloudflare), the time zone your browser reports when you request a call, when you submitted, and whether the bot check passed.
- Visit statistics: when you open a page on this site, Cloudflare Web Analytics records which page it was, the site you came from, your approximate country, your device type, browser and operating system, and how quickly the page loaded. It does not use cookies or local storage, and it does not identify or follow you as an individual. We don’t measure the Fit Check interview page.
- Progress through the questionnaire is saved in your own browser’s local storage so a refresh doesn’t lose it. It is sent to us only when you submit, and you can clear it in your browser.
How we use it
- To produce your Fit Check result and show it to you.
- To send your confirmation code and your result by email.
- To call you back at a time you said works, when you ask us to.
- To confirm by email that we received your call request, if you left an address.
- To contact you about a consultation, if you ask us to.
- To block automated abuse and keep the cost of the free Fit Check under control.
- To see which pages people visit and how they find the site, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it with us
- Cloudflare runs the site and stores the data, sends our emails, provides the bot check, and measures site visits.
- Anthropic processes what you write with its AI model, Claude, to produce your result. Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days and does not use them to train its models without explicit permission.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface this site uses. Loading it sends your browser’s IP address to Google.
How long we keep it
Questionnaire answers, interview records and results are deleted automatically 30 days after you submit them. If we go on to talk with you about a consultation or work together, we keep them while that continues, and delete them 30 days after it ends. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Call requests follow the same rule: deleted automatically 30 days after you send one, kept while a conversation continues, and deleted 30 days after it ends.
Emails we have already sent stay in your inbox; we cannot delete them from there.
Visit statistics are kept by Cloudflare, and we can view them for the past six months. They are not linked to your Fit Check answers.
Your choices
You can ask to see or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@daheyo.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Stored records can be viewed only through an administration page that requires signing in as an authorised member of our team.
Children
The Fit Check and the call request form are meant for people running or working in a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
